# How do I change my App Key?

Head to [Profile](https://bicscan.io/profile) and select the App item that contains the App Key you want to change, then click the `Edit` button. Click the `Refresh` icon at the bottom (red box in the screenshot below)

After reading carefully to make sure you understand the consequences, click `Regenerate` to regenerate the App Key.

Once the App Key is regenerated, the old key will expire immediately and can no longer be used.
